The house was clean, well stocked with dishes, cookware, kitchen utensils and appliances. The property in particular the kitchen and bathrooms appear recently redone. The pool & spa are well tended as is the landscaping. We found the interior lighting in the living room, dining area, kitchen and hallway to be quite harsh (way too bright). Dimmer switches or table or floor lamps would provide more relaxed lighting. Step pitch at driveway near street is a SIGNIFICANT issue for lower slung cars like mine. The front end of my car scraped the driveway as I (very slowly) backed out. Even my friend’s SUV was beeping wildly as she backed out of the driveway. There is clear evidence in the asphalt that numerous vehicles have scraped the surface. I recommend that property descriptions should point this out to prospective renters.
